According to Ernie Dunning, they have purchased "...the
Kreonite name, trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc. We also bought all the
inventory, the injection molds, and test equipment. We have all of the computer
records on parts, vendors, etc. We are currently molding parts, making circuit
boards, making rollers, ordering parts, and in general restocking the depletions
in inventory."
